At Smart Shop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the item, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns

- All accessories, manuals, and original packaging must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Missing parts, packaging, or accessories
- Items showing signs of heavy use
- Clearance or final-sale items (if stated at purchase)
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe the item is faulty:
- We may inspect it or send it to the manufacturer (Samsung, Apple, etc.)
- If the fault is confirmed, you may receive a replacement or refund
- If no fault is found, the item will be returned to you
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is confirmed faulty.
- We advise using a tracked service for returns.
5. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Refunds usually appear within 3–7 business days
